Infra sauna
- temperature 45 - 55 °C
- 30 % humidity
- 1 stay, 30 minutes
- before the begining: take a shower with shower gel and wipe dry
- position seated not lying down
- after sauna sit down for a while, then lukewarm shower with clean water
The whirlpool is as a bonus when ordering the whole saunarium, it is not included in the price and can not be ordered separately.

Important informations
Maximum 10 persons for one 115 minutes long entry!!
Customers will receive two sails. The entry is without swimsuit and i tis necessary to bring shoes for a humid environment - walking barefoot is forbidden!

Finnish sauna
- temperature 95 - 110 °C
- 30 % humidity
- 3 stays, 8 – 12 minutes
- after each stay in sauna is it necessary to cool yourselves in the cooling vat at such length as long took the stay in the sauna
- before the begining: take a shower with shower gel and wipe dry
- position seated or lying down, from the lowest level
Steam sauna
- temperature 45 - 55 °C
- 100% humidity, with the addition for better breathing (peppermint, pine needles...)
- 1 – 3 stays, each 15 minutes
- close your eyes, breathe through your nose and exhale through the mouth
- after each stay cool in the cooling vat, relax and then enter again
- position seated
- before the begining: take a shower with shower gel and wipe dry
Whirlpool
- temperature 30 - 36 °C
- 1 stay, 15 – max. 30 minutes
- before the begining: take a shower with shower gel and wipe dry
